MyMedsApp is a single user mobile application that will keep track of your day to day readings and medication. Your mobile phone can now be your most important health tool. With MyMedsApp you can keep track of your Blood Pressure, Heart Rate, Temperature, Weight plus INR, Blood Sugar and more. With the inclusion of an email function which allows these records to be sent through to your chosen medical practitioner or specialist at the touch of a button. The location function allows users when travelling to locate their nearest Chemist, Doctor or Hospital using Sensis GPS. Emergency Access is available to view information provided by User for the use of medical staff. This includes Allergies, blood group, medication etc. Email function available for contact with your medical practitioner and other specialists. Vital Sign Record and Tracking (Blood Pressure, Heart Rate, Temperature, Weight) INR Record and Tracking Blood Sugar Record and Tracking Set target ranges Daily Multiple Medication Record and Alarm reminders One off medication record (tbc) Record your own notes Email reports to medical practitioners and specialist. (Available through default email on mobile phone) GPS Location tracking for Chemist, Doctors and Hospital.
